F.C. United Soccer desires to create an environment that is different than most soccer teams or clubs.  Our hope is to promote and provide a great soccer experience for all of our families and fans involved.  Therefore we have some expectations that we want to be known in advance.

Parental and Family Involvement:

We encourage families to positively support our teams, coaches and players.  We will not, under any circumstance, allow parents to coach from the sidelines or be present in the team area.  Please cheer for them and show excitement but please honor the coaches by letting them coach.

Sportsmanship

Our whole philosophy centers around trying to be Christ-like and by showing excellent sportsmanship.  We know that we can get caught up in the excitement of the game but we always want to do our best to act right.  F.C. United will not tolerate any unsportsmanlike conduct directed at any coaches, players, families, or referees at any time.  We will provide a warning for the first infraction and take other disciplinary measures needed beyond that.

Accountability

If for some reason you cannot make it to a practice or a game, please give our coaches as much notice as possible so we can be prepared for your absence.  Please make sure that all players bring their equipment to every practice and game.  These are things that are important to us.

Disciplinary Measures

Any infractions or abuse of these rules will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to take appropriate measures such as asking people to leave, benching players, or in extreme cases, removing players from our teams.
